iPLANiT Limited (“iPLANiT”) having registered offices at 24 Fitzwilliam Place, Dublin 2, Ireland, will supply and the customer shall accept and pay for access to the Dynamic Route Maps online web frontend delivery mechanism (“DRM”) which feeds data from a hosted server, currently Microsoft Azure, to the customer’s website (the “Services”) upon and subject to iPLANiT’s standard terms and conditions (“STCs”) which includes this privacy policy.
The STCs and this privacy policy govern the license, access to and use of, (the “Site”) and the Services.

By accessing the Site the customer agrees to be bound by this privacy policy, please read it carefully. iPLANiT reserve the right to change the standard terms and conditions and this privacy policy at any time. Accordingly, we recommend that you check this page periodically in order to review our current STCs and privacy policy. The STCs and privacy policy shall be binding upon anyone who accesses the Services (the “Customer”).

This privacy policy is applicable to any personal information, which is given to iPLANiT by Customers via the DRM. This policy is devised to help Customers feel more confident about the privacy and security of Customers’ details.

Data Collection

By entering Customer information, the Customer accepts that iPLANiT may retain Customer information and that it may be held by iPLANiT or any third party company, which processes it on iPLANiT’s behalf.
iPLANiT reserves the right to perform statistical analyses in order to measure interest in, and use of, the various areas of the DRM. We will provide only non-personally identifiable aggregated data from these analyses to third parties.
The Customer agrees that they do not object to iPLANiT, our associated companies, business partners or third parties contacting the Customer for any of the above purposes whether by telephone, e-mail, fax or in writing. The Customer confirms that they do not and will not consider any of the above as being a breach of Customer rights under the Telecommunications (Data Protection and Privacy) Regulations 1999.
If the Customer choose to provide iPLANiT with personal information, the Customer expressly consent to iPLANiT transferring that information to, and storing it on, servers. As part of this process we may transfer Customer personal information to our holding and subsidiary companies, associated parties and service providers.


iPLANiT shall be entitled to sell or otherwise make available Customer information in order to send information about iPLANiT and iPLANiT’s affiliates, associated companies and organisations, for the following purposes including but not limited to:
•    promotional and/or marketing material about products, services and offers;
•    market research;
•    transfers to third parties as required;
•    any requirements imposed by applicable law.
Customer should assume that all use of the DRM, and emails, instant messages and telephone calls between the Customer and iPLANiT will be recorded. These recordings will be the sole property of iPLANiT and may be used as evidence in the event of any dispute or to improve customer services.


Customer should be aware that information and data may be automatically collected through the use of Cookies. “Cookies” are small test files that store basic information that the DRM can use to recognise repeat site visits and as an example, re-call Customer username if this has been previously supplied.
iPLANiT and the Site use cookies for purpose of storing user preferences to enable a better Customer experience. iPLANiT may use this to observe behaviour and compile aggregate data in order to improve the DRMs capabilities. iPLANiT reserves the right to perform statistical analysis of Customer behaviour and characteristics in order to measure interest in and use of the various areas of the Site and to ascertain the number of Customers that have visited particular web pages. iPLANiT will provide only aggregated data from these analyses to third parties. iPLANiT confirms that in general it will only use such information within iPLANiT
Cookies do not attach to the Customer’s system and/or damage Customer files. If the Customer does not want information collected through the use of Cookies, there is a simple procedure in most browsers that allows Customer to deny or accept the Cookie feature. Note, however, that “personalised” services may be affected if the cookie option is disabled.

iPLANiT reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update this Privacy Policy.
